Damage Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact carrier within 48 hours to report any damage. Save all packaging material for inspection by the carrier. See contact information below for UPS & BAX Global. The carrier will pickup the merchandise to return to Newstalgia Wheel. A new shipment will be made where available once we receive official word from the carrier that a package arrived damaged as a result of the carrier.
Lost packages should be reported to Newstalgia Wheel within 48 hours of expected arrival time. We cannot issue a new shipment until the item has been confirmed by the carrier to be a lost shipment.
If you require a new shipment, a new order will be placed. Payment is required prior to shipment. We will issue a refund once the carrier has determined the package as lost package.
