How to Order. The most secure way of transmitting your credit card information is across our secure website. Email is never advised as a secure way of transmitting credit card information. If you would prefer, you may also fax your order to us on our fax order line (423) 899-8473.
For first time international credit card customers, we require that the shipment be sent directly to the Billing address. Sorry, offer no bill to ship to or post office box billing addresses for International Credit Card orders. We must be able to verify the billing address matches with your bank and the CVV2 security code on the back of your credit card are a match. (No Exceptions) Please provide all of the credit card information on our website when ordering, plus in comments, please list the issuing bank and contact phone# on the back of card for verification.
