The following order will not be subject to TN Sales Tax
· If your order is billed and shipped to an address outside of the state of TN
· If you are a Tennessee automotive business providing a blanket certificate of resale
Taxable Orders
The following orders will be subject to 9.25% Tennessee Sales Tax.
· If your order has a billing address inside the state of TN
· If your order has a shipping address inside the state of TN
· If your order is delivered and not shipped from our TN location
