Prices All prices listed on our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping & handling charges (except for Free Shipping Offer) Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Newstalgia Wheel, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Special Orders Special Orders are defined as either custom-built wheels or products that are not considered in-stock items by Newstalgia Wheel. Newstalgia Wheel does not guarantee fitment under any circumstances. Custom-Built wheels are non-returnable for fitment under any circumstance. We have the best track record in the business for fitting custom-built wheels on Street Rods, Muscle Cars and Trucks. However, our recommendations are not a guarantee of fitment and the user or builder assumes all liability in measuring and understanding the measurements to proper fitment. We are your resource for helping you understand how to properly measure and fit tires and wheels successfully.
Special Order items may not be cancelled or returned unless defective and covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty All products sold by Newstalgia Wheel, Inc. are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customer’s mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. Please refer to manufacturer’s warranty shown on this website under each manufacturer’s warranty page for details.

Sales Taxes
NO Tax on all shipments billed and shipped outside of Tennessee.
However, Newstalgia Wheel, Incorporated is a Tennessee based company. All Tennessee Residents are subject to Tennessee Sales Tax of 9.25% unless you have a resale tax id.
If you are not a resident of Tennessee, and have your order drop shipped inside of the state of Tennessee, your order will be subject to 9.25% Sales Tax.
Again, if you are not a Tennessee resident and your shipment is not billed or shipped into Tennessee your order is considered Interstate Commerce and is Tax Exempt.
